Method of Forming plural:

Singular plural: In this site there are some important method to make a singular into plural. Some rule are available for this purpose you can read it easily and understand it.

1)    Regular Plurals:

2 )    Nouns which end in ‘s’, ‘SS’,  ‘ch’ ,’sh’ ,’x’, ‘z’ ,’o’,are make into plural by adding ”es”

Note: Some Particular nouns are made into plural by adding ‘s‘ rather than ‘es‘ as they end in ‘o‘ precede by a consonant.

3)     The nuns which end in ‘Y‘ but have a consonant before the ‘Y‘ are make into plural by changing  ‘Y’ into ‘I‘ and adding ‘es‘ as

Note: if the noun ends in ‘Y‘ and is precede by a vowel. The plural is formed by adding only ‘S‘ as:

4)     The  noun which end in ‘f‘ or ‘fe‘ are form into plurals by adding ‘es‘ and the ‘f‘ is change into ‘v‘ as

Note: Some nouns end in ‘f‘ or ‘fe‘ and are forms into plural by adding only ‘s‘ as:

5)       Some particular nouns are forms into Plural by a change of the inside vowel or by adding ‘en‘ or ‘ne‘ as:

6)        Some noun are forms into plural by adding ‘s’ to the principal word of a compound noun.
